Biking

Whether it is the mountain tracks and trails or the flat valley cruise with your friends, we have it all. There are over 750 kms of specially designed bike trails, alpine paths and roads for you to explore. Guided tours and rental bikes available or bring your own. Paragliding

Let the Element 3 team take you up high above the Kitzbuheler Alps to check the stunning views. Your obsession with flying will become a reality when you take off above the famous Hahnenkamm. Requests for fast spiraling decent are loved by the pilots.
A normal flight includes your ticket up the gondola and approximately a 15 minute flight at a cost of £85.

Canyoning

Rapidly becoming the next biggest hit in the Alps. Easy climbs, fun abseils and great jumps into deep water pools, It's all wicked fun. Come on... take us on! A canyonning trip takes approx 2.5 - 3 hours including your transfer to and from the canyon, set up and approx 1hr in the canyon. Longer trips are possible in various difficulties. Note to book a canyoning trip, a minimum of 3 people is required.

White water rafting

Mountain rivers await those who just love to test their water skills, you wont be dry! There are various choices of rivers and their grade depends on the weather. Rafting can take from 4 hours onwards, depending on which river is used. Note - To book a rafting trip, a minimum of 4 people is required.

Swimming

The local lake to the Chalet is the Badesee and it is only 200-300m walk away. A man made lake with volley ball courts, soccer playing area and vast amounts of nice green grass to lie on. People wanting a combination of a walk with a swim can use the Schwarsee Lake that lies between Kirchberg and Kitzbuhel. It has vast amounts of space and is a natural water lake with reported healing remedies. Water temps approx 22 -24 degrees provide that all important ìchill out dayî that everyone loves.

Both lakes have an entrance cost of around £2.

Ski/board the glacier

A choice of two glaciers (Hintertux and Kaprun) with ski areas above 3000 meters. Your friends will die with envy when you tell them you scored powder in summer. Hit the summer board park with kickers and pipes shaped to perfection, or just cruise around on the big pistes and enjoy it. Eating in the sun while you get a tan is the lunchtime plan.

It is advised that people know how to ski or board before going here. Ski schools are rare and some runs are steep compared to advanced areas in the winter. We have all the gear for you, jackets, pants, skis or boards and your boots. Everything you need plus a full day lift ticket at a cost of £90. Note - To book this trip, a minimum of 3 people is required.
